Programme Management

The co-ordinated management of a portfolio of projects that change organisations to achieve benefits that are of strategic importance (from OGC publication “Managing Successful Programmes”).

Change is endemic within all types of business environment (public and private sector); isolated projects are increasingly rare. Programme Management is required to ensure that robust strategic linkages are put in place. By controlling the project portfolio effectively but flexibly, maximum business benefit can be realised.

We offer introductory courses and briefings on Programme Management and can advise on courses leading to qualifications in MSP (Managing Successful Programmes).
