Project Board Workshop and Project Start-up Workshop No matter how experienced people are in their specialist areas of the business, company personnel may be less sure of how to be effective PRINCE2™ Project Board members. The workshop is adapted to the needs of the participants and uses live data provided by the client. The duration is by mutual agreement. |
PROJECT BOARD WORKSHOP AND PROJECT START-UP WORKSHOP
The workshop will be of benefit to people who are (or are about to be):
- a Project Board member
- taking on delegated Project Assurance responsibilities
- a Project Manager
- a Team Manager (invited by Senior Supplier)
- senior personnel within Project Support
It will equip Project Board Members with the PRINCE2™ terminology and concepts, and prepare them to operate in different project board situations. It familiarises them with the PRINCE2™ decision-making processes and will show them how to maintain the momentum of the project in the right direction, with the least bureaucracy.
It will help you to create the key management products of the PRINCE2™ "Controlled Start" - the SU and IP processes - and ensure that the first two Project Board "gate processes", DP1 and DP2 are executed effectively and efficiently.
