We use the term Programme and Project Management Environment (PPME) to describe the synergy between people and infrastructure components needed to provide the setting within which change initiatives can succeed. The diagram below illustrates the four tracks of the PPME, essential for its success.

You start where you are now in each track and make controlled, continuous, improvements under the umbrella of a change initiative focused on increasing the maturity of programme and project management in your organisation.
